INCASE OF AN EMERGENCY GAS LEAK
In the event of a Gas Leak please do the following if possible:
If you smell gas, do NOT turn on any light switches or electrical appliances or operate any equipment or machinery.
If you can locate the Gas Meter, isolate the gas supply by turning the lever off.
Open all windows and doors.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Please Call the Gas Emergency number on 0800 111 999 to report the incident, or the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) Gas Safety Advice Line on 0800 300 363.
INCASE OF AN EMERGENCY WATER LEAK
If possible, locate your stop tap and turn off the mains water.
If you cannot locate the main stop tap in the property, then if possible turn off the mains in the street.
Failing that, do your best to collect the water or plug the leak and call us immediately.
Please call us to come and carry out the repair and get your water back on.
